At Xorventaris S.A.S. (“Xorventaris”) we protect the personal information of visitors to xorventaris.com and users of our real estate crowdlending services in Argentina. This Policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and other applicable regulations.

Xorventaris S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71789236-4, with address at Av. Alicia Moreau de Justo 1340, 7th floor, C1107AAZ, Puerto Madero, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. For any inquiry you can write to privacidad@xorventaris.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide via forms (name, email) and technical data automatically generated during your visit (IP address, device type, pages visited, date and time of access). We do not collect sensitive data as defined by Law 25,326.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to send you information about real estate crowdlending projects, manage your newsletter subscription, improve the user experience, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for automated decisions with significant legal effects.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent you provide when filling our forms, on the execution of a pre-contractual relationship and on the legitimate interest of Xorventaris in keeping the site secure. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Disclosure and transfer
We do not sell your data. We may share it with technology service providers (email, analytics, hosting) located in or outside Argentina, always under the appropriate safeguards required by DNPDP Disposition 60-E/2016 for international transfers.
6. Retention
We keep your data while your subscription is active and for any additional legal periods required. After that, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, update and deletion by writing to privacidad@xorventaris.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information is the regulator in Argentina and you may file complaints before it.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including TLS encryption, access controls and regular audits, to preserve the confidentiality and integrity of your data.

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. Any modification will be published on this same page, with the corresponding last-updated date.
